REF-S01 · Our Sessions
Three Structured Paths into Legacy Organisation
Each session is designed for a different starting point. Whether you're beginning with your own records, thinking through a business handover, or bringing your family together for an open conversation — there's a session suited to where you are.

How Every Heirwell Session Works
Every session begins before the session itself. We ask each participant or family to complete a short intake process — a few questions about what they have, what they're uncertain about, and what they're hoping to take away. That information shapes how we frame the session for them.
During the session, we work through a structured framework adapted to the group. We use clear language, explain terminology when it arises, and create space for questions. We don't rush. For family conversation sessions, we pay particular attention to group dynamics and move at the pace that keeps everyone engaged.
Afterward, we provide written notes that summarise what was covered, what participants decided to look into further, and which professional categories or official sources to approach next. Participants are welcome to return with questions that come up after reflecting on the material.

REF-S03 · Session One
Generational Planning Seminar
An informational talk on organising records across generations and where to find reputable official resources. This session is signposting and general information only — it does not constitute advice in any regulated professional field.
Suited to individuals and families who feel uncertain about what records they should have in order, where to find them, and what the general landscape looks like. No prior knowledge is assumed.

An operational, strategy-focused session for owners planning leadership handover and process continuity. This workshop is centred on roles, timelines, and operations — not ownership instruments or legal arrangements, which are outside our scope.

Legacy Conversation Facilitation
A gentle, structured session helping families talk openly about wishes and memories. This is a communication-focused and educational session — not directive, not clinical, and not a substitute for professional advice in any regulated field. We create the space; you bring the conversation.
Well-suited to families who want to have certain discussions but haven't found a natural way to begin, or where dynamics make open conversation more difficult without a neutral presence.

REF-S07 · Standards
Shared Standards Across All Sessions
Regardless of which session you attend, these principles apply to how we prepare, facilitate, and follow up.
Information Discretion
What families share with us stays with us. We handle personal information with care and don't pass details to third parties except where required by law.
Scope Honesty
We are clear about what our sessions cover and what they don't. When questions fall into regulated territory, we say so immediately and point toward appropriate professionals.
Cultural Sensitivity
Sessions are conducted in English and held with an awareness of Thai family values, expectations, and the mixed contexts many families in the region navigate.
No Artificial Urgency
We don't create pressure around timelines or decisions. These are your matters to move on at the pace that makes sense for you and your family.
Written Outcomes
Every session produces written notes for participants. These are yours to keep, share with advisers, or return to when the time is right.
Follow-Up Access
The engagement doesn't close when the session ends. Participants are welcome to follow up with questions that emerge once they've had time to reflect.
